We all hope for a happy purchase experience, but sometimes things go wrong. Your product may be damaged or defective in some way, so how do we make it right in a way that’s fair to everyone?

Time Limits

To qualify for a replacement or refund, you must notify customer service within 30 days of your original shipment date. Email damagedproduct@flowerchildbotanicals.com. We encourage a photo of any damaged products so we don’t have to incur shipping costs for a return if we send a replacement or refund. Please also include purchase info such as date purchased and order number to track it down more quickly and why you want a refund or replacement.

Unopened/Unused Products

If your products are unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it, you may qualify for a refund. Your products must also be in the original packaging. However, unless the product is damaged or defective, you will be responsible for return postage. Please note: All returns or refunds need to be complete 90 days after the original date of purchase.

Opened Products

If you’ve opened your product, we cannot issue a refund. If a product is demonstratively defective, we may offer a store credit. 

Sales/Clearance

Any items on clearance or discounted more than 25% are final sale and not eligible for refunds or returns unless damaged.

Please be sure to email us first before attempting to return an item for refund, credit, or replacement to confirm approval and where to ship the item. We want to expedite the process as much as possible, but all returns or refunds need to be complete within 90 days of the original date of purchase.
